4REAL cooperates with companies specialized in making energy certificates in the City of Zagreb and the Primorje-Gorski Kotar Region.
Without energy certificate today one can not sell his or her property, and from 01 January 2016 all properties that are rented will have to be provided with an energy certificate.
The purpose of the energy certificate is to provide information to the owners and users of the property about the energy performance of the property, energy consumption and possible proposals for reducing the same or improvement of overall energy performance. Also, to the buyer, it provides insights into the quality of the building from the point of energy consumption and costs of future use and can significantly affect the price of the property or its market competitiveness.
The energy certificate is a document showing the energy performance of property, and contains general information about the property, energy class of property, information on the person who issued the energy certificate, data on thermotechnical systems, climatic data, data on the energy and the proposal of economically viable measures to improve energy of the property.
The rating of energy class depends on the annual consumption of energy per area unit - square meter (kWh / m2). Properties are classified into eight energy classes according to energy efficiency scale from A + to G, with A + as the most energy efficient and G as the least energy efficient.
